I’m Ross Widenor, a PMP-certified consultant with 12+ years leading cross-functional work in R&D, innovation, strategic planning, and sustainability. I’ve led everything from idea-generation workshops to large-scale program rollouts for a global Fortune 500 organization, always with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and follow-through.

Working with experts across technology and business development functions, I revamped and rolled out an enterprise-wide ideation platform and its back-end process, creating fertile ground for innovation to come to life collaboratively.

I also managed numerous strategic partnerships and engagements, including with suppliers, customers, and industry peers, to co-create new possibilities in both the physical and intellectual product spaces.

And I led the way on cross-functional projects to advance sustainability, reducing the organization’s carbon footprint and unlocking new value capture opportunities and circular economy pathways.
